His residence, a well-known landmark in the upscale Teynampet area, faced waterlogging as relentless rains overwhelmed the city’s drainage systems, leading to water entering the premises.

Social media visuals captured the extent of the flooding, with water accumulating around his villa and throughout the Poes Garden locality. This high-security zone, home to many celebrities and industrialists, has not been spared from the heavy rainfall that has affected several low-lying areas of Chennai.
